Delivery without shipping costs throughout Switzerland

In principle, all products and orders are shipped by priority mail to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We ship all products from our own warehouse with Swiss Post. In the case of direct deliveries from suppliers or dealer partners, other service providers can also be used.

We make every effort to deliver your orders within 24 hours, provided there is no delay in delivery of the goods.

Pallets and general cargo over 30kg

Particularly heavy items are delivered on pallets by the shipping company.
Please note that Swiss Post only delivers to the curb. Additional services such as floor deliveries are subject to a charge (see below). Exceptions are noted directly with the product.

LSVA surcharge 3.5%

​

Since its introduction, we have shown the performance-based heavy vehicle fee (LSVA) separately and charged a flat-rate surcharge of 3.5% on all our deliveries. The LSVA of 3.5% is only charged for deliveries from 30 kg.
